Besides from our studio/gallery, a few upmarket art fairs, some shops and occasionally some export Yvonne de Wit‘s ‘Down to Earth’ collection is also available online via Faithful-to-Nature in Cape Town. This online shop has a longstanding reputation of high quality natural products and suppliers are thoroughly screened. Virtually weekly (and sometimes multiple orders weekly) orders come in, Yvonne packs it and a courier service picks it up. As easy as that. Faithful-to-Nature is mainly targeting the South African market but also takes orders from abroad. It’s interesting to see the local demographics of their customers who order her jewellery. The majority is located in Johannesburg/Pretoria plus surrounds and KwaZuluNatal. Until so far only 1 customer from our own province (Western Cape) ordered a piece but she does sell to people from the Western Cape directly.
Yvonne: “It even happened once in Cape Town that a woman asked me where I got that ring from and when I told her she bought it straight from my finger …”
